Emotional health remains one of the most stigmatized subjects both in and outside of the Jewish world, and accessing support, depending on where you live and what your financial situation is, can be anywhere between a minor inconvenience, to a near impossibility. We at RUACH believe that everyone should have access to resources for emotional wellbeing, and hope to be a first step in helping people get the support they need. Our volunteer network consists of licensed counsellors, therapists, and psychologists, and if an individual is in need of longer-term support, may refer or connect them to suitable care.
RUACH Emotional and Spiritual Support connects individuals in need with independent volunteer caregivers to provide short-term emotional support and, acting instead as a network, does not offer mental health services itself. For more information, please see our FAQ page.
